E-Movement’s Affiliate Agreement
As of today, you agree to enter a contract between you and emovement (“Company / Kampyro ltd ”) and comply with the following Terms and Conditions:
1.1. By enrolling in E-movement’s Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1.2. To enroll in the program, you must complete the affiliate registration process and submit your application through our official website.
1.3. We reserve the right to reject/cancel any application without providing any reason.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. As an Affiliate, you agree to promote and market our e-bikes through your website, blog, social media platforms, or other marketing channels.
2.2. You will be solely responsible for the content and manner of your marketing efforts, ensuring that they align with our brand values and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.3. Affiliate links provided by us must be used as-is, and you shall not modify, shorten, or manipulate them in any way without our prior written consent.
2.4. You will not engage in any unethical or deceptive practices that could tarnish our brand reputation or violate the trust of our customers.
2.5. You shall promptly update us regarding any changes to your contact information or marketing methods.
3. Commissions and Payment
3.1. We will pay you a commission for each qualified sale made through your unique affiliate link in accordance with the commission structure as detailed on our website.
3.2. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, with the month starting from the date we get a purchase through your link.
3.3 We will transer money to your bank account only. The bank account must be registered under your name. No other method of transfer for example pay pal, WU, etc. will be used. And we will not be responsible for the taxes or transfer fees deducted. You agree such charges will be deducted from your share of the earnings.
3.4. Commission payouts will be made through the payment method chosen during the affiliate registration process.
3.5. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates, terminate the Program, or modify the terms of this Agreement with a 30-day notice. You will be deemed to have accepted the modifications by continuing to participate in the Program after the effective date of such changes.
4. Termination
4.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.
4.2. If you wish to terminate your participation in the Program, you must remove all affiliate links and promotional materials immediately.
4.3. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. You acknowledge that all trademarks, logos, and marketing materials provided by us are the sole property of the Company.
5.2. During the term of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our e-bikes.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. Both parties agree to keep all information received from the other party confidential and not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law. You can, however, share information with bike retailers who want to stock our products.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with this Agreement.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Entire Agreement
9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
By enrolling in emovement’s Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
