I have had my Thor for a little over a year now and it has been well, used, to put it mildly. Strapped to the back of the motorhome or carried inside, iT has seen action in France Spain, Portugal as well as all corners of the uk. he only thing that has stopped it going into some incredible places is the rider [me] The 10AH battery has proved to be more than enough for most adventures and 20 miles of hilly terrain is usually possible, once the rider is in tune with the bike. It has taken off road, on road and cobbles with ease and with the minimum of maintenance and adjustments- a quick wipe down is usually all that’s needed. There are no signs of wear or stress cracks, the only signs of use are the usual scrapes one expects. If I was in the market for another for a partner then Thor would be high on the list, if not at the top.

I bought this Thor 250W a couple of weeks back and I couldn’/t be more happy. I heard a lot of rumors regarding these bikes that they are short term and break as soon as you hit a pebbly road, but to my surprise, this was really not the case at all. Much thanks to Emovement for providing me such a fantastic bike that is both sustainable and provides a really good form of exercise. I really enjoy going out in the evenings with a sense of satisfaction that I am not polluting the environment. I would really recommend this bike to everyone out there looking for an affordable and healthy form of transportation!

Sometimes wish I had the larger 350W motor given some of the hills around here, but really can’t fault the 250 motor, sensible and judicious use of the power settings and gears mean that the range is fine for the size of battery. The company is excellent to deal with and emails are replied to in a timely manner. A new larger battery option is being explored which would give a significant range extension but for now the 10AH is fine. It gets admiring looks when I’m out! Recommended.

Sturdy, handles well, and as a unfit 56 year old got me exercising more? What not to like, bit heavy and came pre built but forgot to check all components tightened before I set off on my first ride. So handlebars in one direction and front wheel at a tangent. (All my fault). Loving it.

I was a bit hesitant to invest in an electric bike, but Thor has exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect bike for daily commuting. It’s also great for off-road riding, and the electric assist makes it easier to cover more distance than I ever could on a regular bike. Plus the fact that it’s road-legal is great since I needed a bike I could ride to work daily, and I’ve been able to explore so many new places with this bike. Highly recommended!
